Samsung has followed the undeniable success of its Galaxy S8 line with its companion phone, the Galaxy Note 8, which goes on sale in the UK today.
In essence it’s a slightly larger S8 Plus, coming in at 6.3in with a squarer design, dual cameras and the all-important S Pen for stylus input.
It’s a real beauty and one of the most capable, desirable phones you can buy today. But that comes at a price, with the phone retailing from £869 in the UK.
If you have that kind of money to spare, then you may be tempted, but remember you have the option to buy the phone on contract and a standard monthly cost over 24 months.
Here’s where to get the Note 8 for the best prices in the UK.

Best Note 8 deals from Mobiles.co.uk
Mobiles.co.uk has some great lover monthly prices if you can afford to pay a little more upfront today. The two most outstanding deals are from O2 and EE.
Best of the networks
Vodafone has higher monthly prices, but the payoff is good. This deal gets you a huge 32GB data and 24 months of free Spotify, Sky Sports Mobile or Now TV.
If you’re on EE already this might be a tempting deal.
Three is offering a massive 100GB of data on the Note 8 at slightly less than its all-you-can-eat plan.
O2 is quite expensive, but if you’re part of its Yearly Upgrade Programme or O2 Refresh, you may be able to negotiate a better deal.
Still, this one isn’t half bad even if the monthly price is high, and means you’re eligible to join the Yearly Upgrade Programme if you’re not already on it.
